Note that each package contains the same design services, no matter the number of hours you pre-order each month. Additional services are available upon request. We can tailor a specific list if needed.

  • Art + Illustration - icons, symbols, typography treatments, infographics, and poster advertisements

  • Digital Design  – email templates,  social media graphics, blog banners, and other web graphics

  • Print Design –  brochures, flyers, business cards, stationery, postcards, event programs, signage, and packaging

Logo design. (Logo + branding packages are separate.​)

Web design or re-design or Website Content Copy.  (A Website Maintenance day rate and Web Design Package can be quoted for you separately. Website content and maintenance are an additional $150 - $250 and can be provided for select customers. )

​Social media management, posting, etc. (A social media package can be quoted for this.​)

*Packages do NOT include additional costs like additional creative resources, custom fonts, ornate illustrations, stock photography & printing, copywriting, or web development.

Graphic Design Retainer Details

  • Retainers are a 3-month minimum commitment. At the end of 3 months, we will evaluate your program to ensure the number of hours are fitting your business needs. After that, we can move to 6, 9, or 12-month commitments.

  • Each retainer includes a set number of hours each month. Overage in time will be billed at my current hourly rate of $85.

  • Each retainer includes a set number of calls per month. Extra calls will be billed at my current hourly rate of $85 per hour.

  • Unused hours will expire. They do not roll over each month. We will let you know if additional time is needed for the month before committing to pay extra. 

  • Payment will be due on the 1st of each month, for the month ahead. You will get a detailed invoice each month for the projects worked and the hours allocated to them.

Graphic Design Retainer Program

A retainer is the perfect monthly solution for ongoing design work  that you need throughout the year. The purpose of a retainer program is to secure a professional designer to help with all your design needs and build a long-term relationship with someone who knows your brand. It is paid for upfront, each month before work begins. Each month, a block of time will be allocated, just for you, within my schedule for the number of hours within your selected package. This allows me to meet any deadlines you may have and gives me the ability to plan workload ahead of time.

  • More Time & Peace of Mind –  You get priority!  Since you are paying in advance, a block of time is already allocated for you each month. You can set deadlines knowing that your project will be complete before they hit.

  1.  Fill out the form below or send me an email and we will set up a 30-minute phone call​ to get to know about your business, review your needs and upcoming projects.  ( The retainer program is for repeat clients, so if we haven't yet worked together, let's start by working on something like a branding package, website, or other design materials first. )

  2. ​Once the contract is signed and the first month’s payment is received, I will set up all your projects within my monthly schedule. Prior to the beginning of each new month, I will schedule a call to review the next month’s work. During this time, we will also see if we need to adjust the number of hours reserved for you each month.

  3. Repeat. We will repeat the process each month for the remainder of the program you selected. 

  4. Re-evaluate. At the end of your contract, we will review the program to see if you want to adjust the number of hours reserved each month before signing again!
